5. Once you’ve booked in your session and listened to the sound healing meditation, I invite you to prepare the materials for your bonus Vocal Reading. Go ahead and make a recording of your voice. An easy way of doing this is using the voice recorder on your phone. You have two options for your voice recording:
A. Record yourself singing a song you. (This can be acapella.) Not to worry about it sounding good, perfect, or even pleasant! I’d just love to hear your voice.
B. Record yourself speaking. I invite you to tell me the story of your voice. To get you started, feel free to use these prompts:
– When I was younger I…
– A time when I felt my voice got shut down was when…
– What I sometimes blocks my voice is…
Find a cozy place that feels safe, and hit record!
6. You’ll receive an email from me with all of the details you’ll need to log into our Zoom call together.
